Rick

Rick attended his entire school career in Wagoner and graduated from Wagoner High School in 1986. While involved in high school athletics, he also began working at Lancaster Agency as a janitor. His mother, Betty Moore, was the office manager at Lancaster Agency for both Bill Lancaster and his father, Euel Lancaster, for a combined 66 years. Rick continued working as a janitor while attending Northeastern State University and earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. It was at NSU where he was first introduced to real estate and insurance by way of college courses. Much of his insurance acumen was honed while working for State Farm Insurance over the course of a nearly 27-year career. As a licensed adjuster having completed more than 300 hours of continuing education, an Associate in Claims, Fraud Claim Law Specialist designation and completed several courses towards a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation, Rick considers himself to be a life-long learner in the insurance industry. He also holds residential and commercial roof damage assessment certificates from Haag Engineering of Dallas, Texas.
